If you do not wish to receive any emails just let us know and we will make sure you don't receive any promotional offers or material from us again. As a mooedia account holder, any of your details contained on this site will not be passed on or sold to other third party companies. You will only hear from mooedia on any relevant updates to your account or services that you request.

Security

When you order from mooedia all your details are sent to secure servers in which all the data is encrypted so you can relax knowing your information is safe.

We never see any of your personal payment details so thats one less thing to worry about. All payments are processed via Paypal one of the internets most trusted payment gateways. We advise that you do not give your credit card information out in emails or instant messaging coversations.

Phishing

If you receive an email that looks like its from mooedia stating that your account is overdue, or that you require to login to your account to verify or update your information, please be careful.

When you move your mouse over the link you will see, at the bottom of the internet browser your using, where abouts the link is pointing to. If it doesnt state www.mooedia.co.uk, www.moooedia.com or www.mooedia.net then please dont click on it and forward it to security@mooedia.co.uk for verification. If your unsure at anytime then please forward the email. Its better to be cautious and careful. We want to help make sure you have a secure and safe experience with your domain name, website and hosting package.

Spamming

We will never write to you asking you to renew your domain, everything is handled via our website so if you receive any letters stating your domain name is due for renewl or that its about to expire, please ignore them. We are also UK based so any letters sent to you from outside the UK please discard. If your unsure when your domain / hosting package is due for renewal then please check the status of your services by logging into your account by clicking here.

Also we will never ask you for your username and password via phone, email or post so please dont disclose them to anybody. If you are not known to mooedia then you will only be asked to confirm 2 random characters back to us if we need to assist you in any way.
