How Do I...
Purchase a Domain Name or Hosting Package
View our hosting packages here or compare our hosting packages here. Once you have decided on a package then click on the order package button at the
bottom of the page
From here you can select your domain name, and/or hosting package you require and follow the steps to complete your purchase
Pay for a Service
Once you have chosen the service you require you are then taken to the PayPal Payment page (information on our payment options can be found by clicking here)

Login to your account / View what you have purchased
Visiting the Customer Login page of our website gives you the option to login to your mooedia account. This contains all details of your orders, pending orders, renewals, and knowledge and support base.
Renew a Service
When your hosting package(s) / domain name(s) are about to expire, you will receive an email from us notifying you about the options available to you. You can then login to your mooedia account to renew instantly.

Access my website control panel
The easiest way to access your website control panel is by clicking here to go to the customer login page and then clicking on the link for website control panel. From here you can completely manage your webiste.
Look at my emails
To view your email accounts that you have created with you hosting package simply click here to go to our webmail system. Type in the username and password that you setup and then we would recommend you choose BASIC INTERFACE for more compatibility, then click on submit.
